Return Policy

You have the right to return your order (or part of it) within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

If reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including the packing slip and/or invoice.

The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the event of an error on our part.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded within 5 working days via the original payment method.

Any depreciation in value resulting from use or damage may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that:

Are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery;

Fall under cosmetic legislation and whose foil seal has been broken.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Base coats

Gel polish

Gel / Acrylgel

Acrylic

Top coats

Other products without an intact foil seal

In addition, the following products cannot be returned, regardless of the condition of the packaging:

Liquids

Creams

Oils

Glues

Used items

Opened or damaged packaging

We cannot determine whether these products have been used or opened and are therefore legally not permitted to resell them.

Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If you have received a product that is damaged or incorrectly delivered due to our error, please contact us at

info@simdibeauty.nl, stating your order number and including clear photos of the product in question.

In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by SimDi Beauty.

Consumer’s Duty of Care

During the withdrawal period, you are required to handle the product and its packaging with care.

If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we reserve the right to charge for any resulting depreciation in value.
