Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

We carefully strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 1:30 PM are usually shipped the same day. However, we cannot always guarantee this, as sometimes products are out of stock, which may cause a slight delay in the delivery of your order. An indication of the delivery time is provided on the product page. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€5.45 (incl. VAT) for orders within the Netherlands that fit through the mailbox 

€7.95 (incl. VAT) for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium under €119,- 

 

*Free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium for orders from €119,-, and in Germany from €129,-
 

Delivery is carried out via the carriers DHL, BPost, and PostNL. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
