Sterilization pouches – self-adhesive, paper and foil, are disposable medical packaging designed for steam sterilization in an autoclave. They are manufactured in accordance with the current standards PN-EN 868-3 and 5 and PN-EN ISO 11607-1 and 2. They are made of the highest quality medical paper and foil, resistant to any damage. Each pouch has a special seal that prevents the foil from tearing during packaging of the tools. In addition, all packages are equipped with external and internal indicators of the sterilization process, which inform about the progress of the process by changing the color of the indicator from pink to black.

Features of sterilization bags:
the bags are self-adhesive, so you don't need a special sealing machine
are pre-folded, which makes it easier to close the packaging correctly and quickly
they have a special thumb hole at the very top of the packaging to make opening easier
each bag has a corresponding batch number
the foil and paper layer is resistant to damage or tearing and provides sufficient protection against micro-organisms
extra welds on the sides and corners of the bag prevent the foil from curling
Thanks to the transparent foil, the contents of the packaging are clearly visible

Instructions for use:
Place the previously disinfected and dry instruments that you want to sterilize in the pouch (it is recommended to place one instrument in each pouch). Immediately before closing the package, remove the strip covering the adhesive layer. Then, fold the pre-folded edge of the paper and stick it firmly. It is important to fill the package with instruments to approximately 75% to avoid damage to the package during sterilization. (If more than one item is placed in the package, it is important that they do not come into direct contact with each other, as the sterilization process may not work properly).
